What We Offer

🛠 First Visit (Pre-Repair)

  • You’ll receive clear and easy-to-understand Arabic reports for both visits.

  • After each inspection, we’ll call you to walk through the report and clarify every point.

Terms & Conditions

  • The SHIEEK team will contact the customer 48 hours before each appointment via WhatsApp or phone to confirm.
  • The customer must respond within 24 hours to confirm or reschedule. No response is considered automatic approval. Only one reschedule is allowed during the subscription period.
  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is at the agreed location, with keys or access code available, and either the customer or a representative must be present during inspection.
  • A safe working area around the vehicle must be provided.
  • If the inspection requires lifting the car and no suitable space is available, the customer must arrange access to a nearby gas station at their own responsibility.
  • If the car is not at the location, or the location is changed without prior notice, or the customer/representative is absent, the visit will be deducted from the subscription balance.
  • Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before the visit.
  • If the temperature exceeds 50°C and no shaded area is available, the visit will be canceled without deduction and rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
  • If the customer is more than 20 minutes late, the visit will be canceled and deducted from the subscription.
  • Technicians do not drive or move the vehicle under any circumstances.
  • SHIEEK is not responsible for any personal belongings left or lost inside the vehicle.
  • All inspections are conducted at the customer’s location.
