What We Offer

Terms & Conditions
- The SHIEEK team will contact the customer 48 hours before each appointment via WhatsApp or phone to confirm.
- The customer must respond within 24 hours to confirm or reschedule. No response is considered automatic approval. Only one reschedule is allowed during the subscription period.
- The customer must ensure the vehicle is at the agreed location, with keys or access code available, and either the customer or a representative must be present during inspection.
- A safe working area around the vehicle must be provided.
- If the inspection requires lifting the car and no suitable space is available, the customer must arrange access to a nearby gas station at their own responsibility.
- If the car is not at the location, or the location is changed without prior notice, or the customer/representative is absent, the visit will be deducted from the subscription balance.
- Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before the visit.
- If the temperature exceeds 50°C and no shaded area is available, the visit will be canceled without deduction and rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
- If the customer is more than 20 minutes late, the visit will be canceled and deducted from the subscription.
- Technicians do not drive or move the vehicle under any circumstances.
- SHIEEK is not responsible for any personal belongings left or lost inside the vehicle.
- All inspections are conducted at the customer’s location.
